Family Practice

I chose family practice because I enjoy being a part of my patient's lives and the community. From delivering babies to helping care for nursing home patients, I participate in full spectrum care. That is why I am so happy to be able to return to the town where I grew up (some of you may know me as Anne Koontz). A lifelong pattern of healthy choices can really impact a person's life. I also understand that having an illness can be scary. That is why I like to take the time to counsel people on healthy living and make sure I answer all the questions I can so that patients understand what happened during their visits and are comfortable with the plan of care.
