Reedsburg Physicians Group medical providers see their patients by appointment. Your doctor will make every effort to see you for most office visits. If he or she is not available for an appointment and your illness cannot wait, you may be scheduled with one of the other doctors or nurse practitioners.

To ensure that we schedule your appointment appropriately we ask that you give the scheduler information regarding the reason for your visit. This helps us identify the priority of the visit, how much time is needed, what equipment may be required, and if you need additional information from us prior to coming in for your visit.

Please make routine or follow-up appointments as far in advance as possible.

We make every attempt to honor your scheduled appointment, for we appreciate the value of your time. In turn, we ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment.

If you are unable to keep an appointment we ask that you notify us as soon as possible (preferably 24-48 hours in advance), so that your scheduled time may be assigned to another patient.

Same Day Appointments

Our providers recognize that unanticipated health care needs may arise. Reedsburg Physicians Group offers same day appointments for urgent medical needs. Please call the appointment desk as early in the day as possible to arrange for an appointment. Every effort will be made to accommodate all pressing circumstances.

New Patient Appointments

Please arrive at your appointment 20 minutes in advance in order to expedite the completion of your registration. Please review our financial policy to assist you in clarifying your personal financial obligation required at the time of service.

Appointment Registration

You must register with a receptionist when you arrive for an appointment. Please be prepared to verify your current address, phone number, employer and insurance with the receptionist each time you register.
