New Scheduling & Billing System

On April 24th, Reedsburg Physicians Group implemented a new scheduling and billing system.

We need your assistance updating your personal information. At your first visit after the change please be prepared to:

• Complete a new patient registration and other related forms (we are now required to request race, ethnicity and language on our registration forms)
• Bring in picture ID and all current insurance cards.

You can expect that we will be working hard to expedite your check-in and scheduling processes. We thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation while we make the transition to the new system.
